About FRC
FIRST(For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics Competition is a program for high school students to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) first hand. Students have six weeks to work together and design, build, and program a robot to compete against others in tournaments. Adult mentors with years of experience in various industries will help and guide students along the building process. In this exciting experience, students will develop strong skills in several areas including engineering, business, and presenting.
